Article 1. The subitem "b" of Item 1 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About investment funds" of December 22, 2010 ZR-245-N (further - the Law) after the word "fund" to add with words the Guarantee fund created on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compulsory liability insurance following from use of vehicles" and also the Guarantee fund provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About funded pensions"".
