About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2014 No. 162 "About approval of Rules of conducting theological examination"

1. in the Rules of conducting theological examination approved by the specified order:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Conducting theological examination (further – examination) is provided with Committee on cases of religions of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – authorized body).";
add with Item 8-1 of the following content:
"8-1. The term of conducting examination in case, stipulated in Item 11 these rules, is prolonged for 30 (thirty) calendar days. In case of prolongation of term of conducting examination the authorized body within 3 (three) working days from the date of the direction of the requests specified in Item 11 of these rules in writing informs on it the applicant.";
state Item 10 in the following edition:
"10. The authorized body provides to the expert (experts, members of expert group) the list of questions for conducting examination on object.";
state Item 14 in the following edition:
