About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About investment funds"

Article 1. Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About investment funds" of December 22, 2010 ZR-245-N (further - the Law) to add with part 4 following of content:
"4. Additional requirements to activities of managing investment fund as the member of financial group are established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia".".
Article 2. Part 1 of article 106 of the Law after the word "relations" to add with words ", activities of financial group with the assistance of managing directors".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
