About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing"

Article 1. In article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing" of May 30, 2001, ZR-193 (further - the Law):

1) part 1 to recognize invalid;

2) from part 2 to withdraw the words "issued on difficult procedure";

3) from parts 3-5 and 7 to withdraw the words "on difficult procedure".

Article 2. In article 17 of the Law:

The word "number" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of part 1 "series and number";

2) from part 3 to withdraw the words "and the licenses granted according to the simple procedure-the government of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 3. In the title of Chapter 5 of the Law of the word "license types" shall be replaced with words "procedure for licensing".

Article 4. To recognize articles 24 and 25 of the Law invalid.

Article 5. To state article 26 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 26. Procedure of provision of the license

1. The license is the permission of implementation of activities issued to licensing authorities according to procedures for licensing which establishes also mandatory requirements or conditions for implementation of these activities and behind their observance control according to the procedure, established by the law is exercised.

2. The license is granted within 23 working days after submission of all documents provided by this Law for receipt of the license if the Law does not provide other term. Shorter terms of licensing can be established by procedures for licensing.

3. The license is granted is termless if the law does not provide other. Licenses for implementation of import or export or transit transportation of military products or intermediary activities of trade in military products are issued for a period of three years, and the term of the provided licenses is prolonged for five years.
