About approval of Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning activities of the Public migratory service of Ukraine

According to Articles 16, 18 Laws of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies", part one of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About administrative services", Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 13, 2014 No. 401, Item 3 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 16, 2014 order to No. 523-r "Some questions of provision of administrative services of executive bodies through the centers of provision of administrative services":

1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning activities of the Public migratory service of Ukraine which are attached.

2. To provide to department of legal providing the Ministry of Internal Affairs (D.V.'s Gorbas) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the acting as the Chairman of the Public migratory service of Ukraine Sokolyuk M. Yu.
