About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing"

Article 1. Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing" of May 30, 2001, ZR-193 (further - the Law) to add with part 6.1 following of content:
"6.1. Foreign legal entities the decision of the government of the Republic of Armenia, can perform the activities provided by this Law which are subject to licensing in case of availability of the corresponding license granted by foreign states.".
Article 2. Items 2 and 3 of the Section "17." Tables of part 2 of article 43 of the Law after the word of "works" to add town planning industry with words ", under construction from the owner with not entrepreneurial purpose in the territory of the parcel of land provided for the answering purpose, individual apartment houses having to two elevated and one underground floor, not exceeding the total area of 300 sq.m, subsidiary structures with the total area which is not exceeding 150 sq.m, garages with the total area which is not exceeding 50 sq.m, greenhouses with the total area which is not exceeding 1000 sq.m, non-capital structures of agricultural production purpose with the total area which is not exceeding 500 sq.m and non-capital structures of public appointment with the total area which is not exceeding 100 sq.m".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
