About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About collection"

Article 1. Part two articles 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About collection" (on September 28, 2004, ZR-111-N) to recognize invalid.

Article 2. In article 4 of the Law:

a) state part one in the following edition:

"1. Collection activities in the territory of the Republic of Armenia acceptance, transfer (transfer) and delivery (collection) of cash performed as business activity is considered.

The collection organizations can perform also temporary storage of cash.";

b) in the offer four words of "yellow color" to replace two parts with the word "white and lunar";

c) add part six of the following content:

"6. The mandatory requirements imposed to the collection organizations used by them to means of transport, technical safety and other means, procedure and condition of their implementation are established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. In article 8 of the Law:

a) state part one in the following edition:

"1. The procedure and conditions of acceptance, transfer (transfer), delivery and storage of cash by the collection organizations and their specialized employees establishes the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia.";

b) recognize part two invalid.

Article 4. This Law becomes effective from the tenth day following official publication.
