About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About currency control and currency exchange control"

Article 1. "About currency control and currency exchange control" (on November 24, 2004, ZR-135-N) to add article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with parts five and six of the following content:

"5. Cash quotations of the following aviation services rendered to the organizations (airlines) operating the aircrafts performing flights (regular, irregular, charter) to the Republic of Armenia, from the Republic of Armenia or on the air territory of the Republic of Armenia, can be made in foreign currency:

a) services in escort of aircrafts, services in publicizing of take-off, landing, management of stops, implementation and start of portable and mechanical ladders, servicing of the telescopic bridge, elevated servicing of aircrafts (including service in towage of aircrafts);

b) elevated servicing and accounting of the passenger, cargo transportation, load and mail;

c) services in aviation safety and preserving aircrafts;

d) utilities of aircrafts;

e) supply of fuel and liquids;

e) the services rendered by special wheel vehicles;

g) the aeronautical services rendered to transit aircrafts on the international airways passing on the air territory of the Republic of Armenia, and the aircrafts arriving in the airports of the Republic of Armenia;

h) the aeronautical services in servicing rendered at the stage take-off / landing performed in the range of the radius of 20 km from the airports of the Republic of Armenia.

In the payment case specified in this part for aviation services can be made by the aviation organizations - nonresidents in foreign currency.

6. Cash quotations of services in transportation of the passengers, load and mail rendered by the organizations operating the aircrafts performing flights to the Republic of Armenia from the Republic of Armenia or on the air territory of the Republic of Armenia in computer base can be made in foreign currency.".
