About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About currency control and currency exchange control"

Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About currency control and currency exchange control" (on November 24, 2004, ZR-135-N):

e) to state the subitem "an" of Item 9 in the following edition:

"a) the payments made for alienation of goods (property), works, use of property, rendering services, and also provision of short-term loans and loans";

g) state the subitem "b" in the following edition:

"b) the interests paid for the credits and loans, both the dividends and other payments paid for other investments";

h) Item 13 after the word "dealer" to add with the word "-broker", after the word "dealers" - the word "-brokers", after words "credit institutions" - the words "payment and settlement organizations", to exclude the words "and also Central bank";
