Article 1. In article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About currency control and currency exchange control" of November 24, 2004 ZR-135-N:
1, 2 and 3 to state 1) to part in the following edition:
"1. In case of violation by persons of the requirement (requirements) of the laws and other legal acts adopted on their basis governing the currency relations, for the first time licensed by the Central bank the Central bank issues the prevention with the recommendation about elimination of violation or non-admission of similar violation in the future.
2. In case of further violation by persons of the requirement (requirements) of the laws and other legal acts adopted on their basis governing the currency relations licensed by the Central bank, within one year after accountability for assumption of violation of the requirement (requirements) of the laws and other legal acts adopted on their basis governing the currency relations, the Central bank for up to one year stops the license of activities or orders to pay fine in two-thousandfold size of minimum wage.
3. In case of violation by persons of the requirement (requirements) of the laws and other legal acts adopted on their basis governing the currency relations licensed by the Central bank, in third or more time within one year after accountability for assumption of violation of the requirement (requirements) of the laws and other legal acts adopted on their basis governing the currency relations, the Central bank recognizes the activities which voided the license or orders to pay fine in four-thousandfold size of minimum wage.";
