About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About currency control and currency exchange control"

Article 1. "About currency control and currency exchange control" of November 24, 2004 ZR-135-N to add article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with part 8 of the following content:
"8. Quotations or payments of the transactions performed in the free economic zone created in the territory of the Republic of Armenia and also quotations and cashless payments of the transactions made between exploiters in the free economic zone and legal entities (individual entrepreneurs) who are residents of the Republic of Armenia irrespective of their price size can be made also in foreign currency of free exchange.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, following official publication.
