About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About currency control and currency exchange control"

Article 1. In article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About currency control and currency exchange control" of November 24, 2004 ZR-135-N:
Part 5.1 to add 1) with the new offer of the following content:
"The exception of this Article is constituted by the loans of agricultural purpose granted in the amount up to 2.000.000 dram which can be provided both in dramas of the Republic of Armenia, and in foreign currency.";
Part 8.1 after the word "dramas" to add 2) with the words "except for the loans of agricultural purpose granted in the amount up to 2.000.000 dram which can be provided both in dramas of the Republic of Armenia, and in foreign currency".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day, following behind day of official publication.
