For the purpose of ordering of the procedure of import of separate types of agricultural goods on which the decision on establishment of the tariff quota and on licensing according to line item 2.27 Single lists is made No. 30 approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 the tariff quota is established, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Rules for apportionment of amounts of the tariff quotas between participants of foreign trade activity on import to the Kyrgyz Republic of separate types of meat according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Publish this resolution in mass media.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the effective date Treaties of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 signed on December 23, 2014.
