Determine that in 2016 state programs of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal programs are brought into accord with the law (decision) on the budget for 2016 (for 2016 and planning period of 2017 and 2018) in cases and in terms which are established respectively by the law of the subject of the Russian Federation, the municipal legal act of representative body of the municipality.
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
