Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, Art. 1936; 2015, No. 34, Art. 1012, No. 48 of the Art. 1541, No. 63, Art. 2092; 2016, No. 16, the Art. 654), changes which are applied.

1. Add item 4 with subitem 24-1 of the following content:
"24-1) performs based on analysis results of personal data and information containing bank secrecy, verification and monitoring of the accuracy of the information provided by physical persons for charge both timely and in full receipts of social payments, privileges, subsidies, pensions, salaries, other payments performed at the expense of means state and local budgets, means of the Pension fund of Ukraine, funds of obligatory national social insurance and determines procedure for obtaining, processing and protection of such information;".
2. To add the subitem 2 of Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:
