1. General provisions

1.1. The present of the Rule are obligatory for all officials of Service on licensing of construction and architectural activities (further - Service) authorized to perform checks of activities of business entities for observance of licensed requirements and conditions.

1.2. The present of the Rule are performed based on the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About checks of activities of business entities in the Republic of Tajikistan".

1.3. The present of the Rule establishes procedure for conducting checks by Service during all effective period of the license.

1.4. Checks can be:

- planned according to the approved plan of conducting checks by service which is held not more often than 1 time in 2 years on each type of activity, on which the license is granted;

- unplanned (extraordinary) based on appeals of law enforcement and other regulatory authorities, orders of the Agency on construction and architecture under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan or the first head of Service are also carried out only concerning those licensees on which there is information on violations of the licensed activities;
