being guided by the principles and rules of international law in the field of tourism, aiming to encourage and create favorable conditions for tourism development on the basis of mutual advantage,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will strengthen and develop cooperation in the field of tourism between the states of the Parties on the basis of equality and mutual advantage according to this agreement, the legislation of the states of the Parties and international agreements which participants are the Parties.

Article 2

The parties will support tourist activities of the states and to render assistance in implementation of cooperation between the Kazakhstan and Lithuanian tourist societies, associations, the organizations and the companies. The parties will also promote party and individual travels of tourists in the territory of the states of the Parties.

Article 3

The parties, according to legislations of the states, will exchange reference books and promotional materials, statistical data about tourism, messages on the regulatory legal base governing the relations in the field of tourism and conditions of stay of foreign citizens in the territory of the states of the Parties, information on offers concerning investments into tourist objects of both states.
