About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bankruptcy of banks and credit institutions"

Article 1. In the Item "and" of part one of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bankruptcy of banks and credit institutions" (ZR-262-N, of November 6, 2001, further - the Law) to replace the words "intermediary court" with the words "arbitral tribunal".
Article 2. In the Item "g" of the second part of article 29 of the Law of the word of "intermediary courts" shall be replaced with words "arbitral tribunals".
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day following official publication.
