Article 1. In the Item "d" of part 2 of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bankruptcy of banks, credit institutions, investment companies and insurance companies" of November 6, 2001, ZR-262, of the word "authorized state body" shall be replaced with words Central bank.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following official publication.
