1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for consideration of offers (notes), statements (petitions) and claims of citizens in the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of October 28, 2008 No. 320, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 13, 2008 for No. 1103/15794 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of administrative organizational support (Small T.V.) together with Department of normative legal regulation (Vernigor Yu. Yu.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Malashkin M. A.
