About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation I order:

1. Bring in the Operating procedure of the tax posts established at the companies of subjects of managing which use the substances used as components of motor fuels and turn out on zero rate of the excise tax or imported on customs area of Ukraine without payment of the excise tax as raw materials for production in the chemical industry, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 27, 2013 430, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 2, 2013 at No. 535/23067, the following changes:

In paragraph one of Item 1.2 of the Section I the word "tax" to replace 1) with the word "fiscal";

Abbreviation of "GPS" to replace 2) in the text of the Procedure and appendices to it with abbreviation of "GFS".

2. In the form of the Certificate of the drawer of the predicted amount of substances which are planned to be received from the manufacturing company or to import on customs area of Ukraine, and also in the form of the Certificate of the drawer of target use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry of the substances used as components of the motor fuels approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 27, 2013 No. 430, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 2, 2013 at No. 535/23067, the word "tax" to replace with the word "fiscal".
