About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the rods coming from Ukraine and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix to the rods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union steel hot-rolled, having identical continuous cross section on all length in the form of circles, in bays or cut on the set length which can have dredging, the ledges, furrows or other deformations received in the course of rolling, with further processing or without it (except for rods from automatic, quick cutting, tool, bearing and stainless steel, shod or after cold deformation, hollow rods or rods hollow for drilling operations), coming from Ukraine, 7228 30 890 0 and 7228 60 800 0 CN FEA EEU classified by codes 7213 10 000 0, 7213 91 100 0, 7213 91 410 0, 7213 91 490 0, 7213 91 700 0, 7213 91 900 0, 7213 99 100 0, 7213 99 900 0, 7214 20 000 0, 7214 99 100 0, 7214 99 390 0, 7214 99 790 0, 7227 20 000 0, 7227 90 100 0, 7227 90 950 0, 7228 20 910 0, 7228 20 990 0, 7228 30 690 0,, having established effective period of this anti-dumping measure of 5 years.
2. To provide to the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs collection of the anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision, being guided both by codes of the CN FEA EEU, and description of goods.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
