1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for use of the means which are in addition received in case of forced execution of court decrees and other executive documents, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 1190 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2013 No. 530" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 15.01. 2014, 5/38284; 07:07. 2015, 5/40735), following changes and amendments:
1.1. state Items 3 and 4 in the following edition:
"3. The means collected (withheld) according to Item 2 this provision (further - the means which are in addition received in case of forced execution) and enlisted into deposit accounts of district (interdistrict), city, district departments of forced execution of managements of forced execution of head departments of justice in the cities regional (Minsk city) executive committees (further - departments of forced execution), managements of forced execution of head departments of justice regional (Minsk city) executive committees (further - managements of forced execution), head department of forced execution of the Ministry of Justice (further - head department of forced execution), are listed within three working days if other term is not established by the legislation, on the corresponding current (settlement) bank accounts of head departments of the Ministry of Finance on areas and Minsk.
4. From the means which are in addition received in case of forced execution and transferred by head department of forced execution into the current (settlement) bank account of head department of the Ministry of Finance across Minsk, 30 percent pass into the order of the Supreme Court, 70 percent remain at the disposal of the Ministry of Justice.
