About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
According to subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 16, 2015 No. 460 "About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 8, 2016 No. 35 "About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus", and also for the purpose of enhancement of legal regulation of provision and use of premises of the state housing stock the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Regulations on special premises of the state housing stock approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2008 No. 1408 "About special premises of the state housing stock" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 237, 5/28424; 2011, No. 7, 5/33149; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.05. 2014, 5/38804):
1.1.1. in Items 61 and 65 of the word "workers and employees" shall be replaced with words "civil personnel" in the corresponding case;
1.1.2. in Item 63:

Special premises of the state security agencies are provided to the military personnel, civil personnel who do not have in property and (or) in ownership and use * premises in the settlement in the place of passing of military service (work, service), for the period of passing of military service by them (works, services) in the state security agencies according to the employment contract of special premises signed based on the state security agency of the distribution list of special premises approved by the head.";
