1. Accept the offer of khokimiyat of the Kashkadarya region on creation of Department on improvement, gardening and content of historical part of the city of Shakhrisabza under khokimiyat of Shakhrisabzsky district (further - Department).

2. Determine the main objectives of Department:

the organization of timely and high-quality performance of works for content and operation of subjects to improvement of the areas, parks, fountains and other subjects to external improvement in historical part of the city of Shakhrisabza according to town-planning and sanitary standards and rules;

content and operation of subjects to gardening, carrying out repair and necessary agrotechnical works on care of trees, bushes, flowers and the planted trees and shrubs platforms;

organization of timely and high-quality performance of works for content, operation of subjects to improvement, conclusion of contract agreements for capital and running repair and ensuring due sanitary and technical condition of systems of artificial irrigation, pumping points, wells, hard surface of roads and paths;
