Article 1

According to this agreement regular and irregular transportations of passengers (including tourists) and loads between both countries and transit across their territories, across the roads open for the international automobile communication, vehicles registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan are performed.

I. Transportations of passengers

Article 2

1. Regular transportations of passengers between two countries will be organized under approval between competent authorities of Contracting Parties.

2. Proposals on the organization of such transportations are beforehand submitted each other by competent authorities of Contracting Parties.
