agreed as follows:

Article 1

The Russian side provides in property to the Republic of Kazakhstan the buildings and constructions occupied by Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, located in Moscow in Chistoprudny Boulevard, the house 3a, structures 1, 2 both 7, total area of 1871,9 of sq.m, and the house 3, structure 1, total area of 1118,9 of sq.m.

The question of transfer into the ownership to the Republic of Kazakhstan of the building of 5113 sq.m located in Chistoprudny Boulevard the house 3, structure 2, will be subject of the free standing agreement.

The parcel of land with a total area of 6000 sq.m on which the specified buildings and constructions are located is provided to the Kazakhstan Side in lease for a period of 49 years for the rent in the amount of 1 ruble a year.
