According to subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 16, 2015 "About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 460

Item 15 of the Regulations on procedure for the fixing of premises to orphan children and children without parental support approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2006 No. 1728 "About approval of regulations and on modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning ensuring the state protection of children, without parental support" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 4, 5/24440; 2011, No. 75, 5/34048; The National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.07.2012, 5/36004) to state in the following edition:
"15. In case of adoption cancellation according to the procedure, established in Items 3-7 of this provision, premises are subject to fixing to children, employers or owners of which are their parents at the time of entry into force of the judgment about adoption cancellation (except as specified cancellations of adoption of children which registration at the place of residence before adoption was performed by guardianship and custody body on street address of the office building of local executive and administrative organ in the place of initial acquisition by the child of the status of orphan children and children without parental support).".
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2016.
