1. 2. Approve the list of the equipment, the components and materials which are not made in the republic, delivered within implementation of investment projects in the territory of SEZ "Jizzakh" with release from customs payments (except customs fees) SP Sirdarya Ceramic Production LLC - for a period of 7 years, according to appendix No. 1 *, JV Peng Sheng LLC and JV Ceramic Raw Materials LLC - for a period of 5 years, according to appendices No. No. 2 and 3*.
3. Exempt from customs payments (except customs fees) the machines, the special equipment and mechanisms, construction materials and designs which are not made in the republic, delivered by JV Peng Sheng LLC, SP Sirdarya Ceramic Production LLC and JV Ceramic Raw Materials LLC for reconstruction existing and constructions of new industrial complexes, according to the list according to appendix No. 4*.
