About modification of the Land code of Ukraine concerning carrying out the land biddings

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Land code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27) the following changes:

1. In Article 134:

1) in part two:

paragraphs the sixth, the fourteenth, the seventeenth, the eighteenth, the twentieth, the twenty first, twenty third and twenty sixth to exclude;

the sixteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"transfers to citizens of the parcels of land for mowing and pasture of the cattle, for truck farming";

Part third to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "The land auction is not held in case of voluntary conveyance of the parcels of land to persons, participant status of fighting to which it is provided according to Items 19 and 20 of part one of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantee of their social protection".

2. The paragraph one of part five of Article 135 to replace with two paragraphs of the following content:

"5. The land auction is held according to the contract between the organizer of the land biddings and their contractor. Financing of the organization and carrying out the land biddings is performed by the organizer of the land biddings or their contractor according to the agreement signed between them including at the expense of the registration fees of participants of the land biddings.

Costs (expenses) performed by the organizer or the contractor of the land biddings on their carrying out are compensated to it by the winner of the land biddings".

With respect thereto to consider paragraph two the paragraph third.

3. In Article 136:

Part the fifth to state 1) in the following edition:

"5. Financing of preparation of lots for carrying out the land biddings is performed by the organizer of the land biddings or their contractor according to the contract between them.
