About introduction of amendments to the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Russian Federation and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 10, Art. 1391; 2016, No. 1, Art. 45; No. 7, Art. 906) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) 1 after words "courts of law" to add part with words ", magistrate judges";

b) add with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. Statements for pronouncement of the writ according to requirements about collection of obligatory payments and sanctions are considered according to the procedure, established by this Code.";

Article 17 after words "courts of law" to add 2) with the words "and magistrate judges";

To add 3) with Article 17.1 of the following content:

"Article 17.1. Administrative cases, cognizable to magistrate judges

The magistrate judge considers applications for pronouncement of the writ according to requirements about the collection of obligatory payments and sanctions according to the procedure established by Chapter 11.1 of this Code.";

"Articles 18, 20 and 21" shall be replaced with words 4) in Article 19 of the word "Articles 17. 1, 18, 20 and 21";

Article 123.1. Writ
