About Dehkan (farmer) economy

This Law determines the legal basis of creation and activities of Dehkan (farmer) economy and is directed to creating favorable conditions for development of this economic activity.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
- Dehkan (farmer) economy (further - Dehkan economy) - the subject of entrepreneurship, cultivation, production storage which conversion and realization of agricultural products are based on personal activities of one person or joint activities of group of physical persons on the parcel of land and the property belonging to them;
- members of Dehkan economy are citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan, except for the restrictions set by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on Dehkan economy is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.
1. The capable citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan who reached the 18th summer age have the right to creation of Dehkan economy.
2. The Dehkan economy is created in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan by one face or group of physical persons in the following forms:
