1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus:

add the Instruction with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. The purchase, sale, collection, storage, recirculation (recycling), recovery, neutralization, utilization of ORV, application of ORV in case of maintenance, repair of the equipment, disinfecting and cleaning of quarantinable objects, including quarantine products, are performed in the presence of special permission (license) for implementation of the activities connected with impact on the environment which component are transactions with ozone-depleting substances, according to the procedure, established by the legislation, including this Instruction.";
