About introduction of amendments to article 48 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About mass media"

Article 1

Bring in article 48 of the Law of the Russian Federation of December 27, 1991 No. 2124-1 "About mass media" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 7, the Art. 300) the following changes:

Part one to state 1) in the following edition:

"The editorial office has the right to submit the application to state body, local government body, the organization, organization, body of public association for accreditation in case of them the journalists.";

Part the second to state 2) in the following edition:

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
