The relations in the field of publishing activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan are governed by this Law and other acts of the legislation.
The relations in the field of publishing activities in the Republic of Karakalpakstan are governed also by the legislation of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
If international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan establish other rules, than those which contain in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on publishing activities then are applied rules of the international treaty.
