Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2015 No. 758 "About approval of the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market (the relation during transition period)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 79, the Art. 2651, No. 81, the Art. 2702, No. 88, the Art. 2945) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 2016 No. 234
1. In item 4 of the resolution of the word and figures "till April 1, 2016" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till May 1, 2016".
2. In Regulations on the assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market (the relation during transition period) approved by the specified resolution:
1) in Item 6:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"6. "The NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy till April 30, 2016 (inclusive) acquires natural gas according to paragraphs first and third Item 5 of this provision at the price determined at the level of 1590 hryvnias for 1000 cubic meters (excluding tax on value added) that in appropriate case increases by rate for transportation services of natural gas in point of entry in gas-transport system.";
