Article 33 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 33. Use of drugs and psychotropic substances in veterinary science

1. In veterinary science the drugs and psychotropic substances entered in lists II and III and registered in the territory of the Russian Federation according to the procedure, the established legislation on drug circulation can be used.

2. Operation of the legislation on drug circulation in the part which is not contradicting this Federal Law extends to the drugs and psychotropic substances permitted for use in veterinary science.

3. Conditions and procedure for use of drugs and psychotropic substances in veterinary science are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
