1. Abolish Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation and Federal Migration Service.

c) the number of staff of the abolished Federal Migration Service, having reduced it by 30 percent.

3. Determine that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is:

a) the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of internal affairs in the field of control of drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors, in the field of migration, and also law-enforcement functions on federal state control (supervision) in the specified spheres;

b) the legal successor of the abolished Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation and Federal Migration Service, including according to the obligations which resulted from execution of judgments.
