Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About insolvency (bankruptcy) of banks, credit institutions, the investment companies managing investment funds and insurance companies" ZR-262 of November 6, 2001 of the word of the Item "in" and the second paragraph of the Item "e" "2 million" shall be replaced with words "10 million", and the words "1 million" shall be replaced with words "5 million".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
