According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity" and to Item 16 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, I order:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of May 31, 2013 No. 341 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of the economic activity connected with industrial catch of fish, except internal reservoirs (ponds) of farms", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 17, 2013 for No. 983/23515.

2. To provide to department of livestock production in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on industrial catch of water bioresources outside jurisdiction of Ukraine", but not earlier than day of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Krasnopolsky Ya. V.
