According to the paragraph of part five of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances", for the purpose of providing and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of owners, other assignees of real estate, provision of services on state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances, I ORDER the second:
1) conducting registration cases in paper form concerning the real estate which is in limits of the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol provides the Southern interregional management of the Ministry of Justice (Odessa);
2) conducting registration cases in paper form concerning the real estate which is in limits of temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions provides East interregional management of the Ministry of Justice (Kharkiv).
