Article 1. Bring in the Code of execution of criminal penalties of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 6, 2001 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2001, No. 7, Art. 505; 2003, No. 12, Art. 683; 2004, No. 7, Art. 455; 2005, No. 3, Art. 127; 2008, No. 3, Art. 190, No. 12, h 1, Art. 987; 2010, No. 7, Art. 552, No. 12, h 1, Art. 810; 2011, No. 6, Art. 443; 2012, No. 4, Art. 255, No. 7, Art. 716, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1018; 2013, No. 7, Art. 507, No. 12, Art. 880; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 23, 2015, No. 1230; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 23, 2015, No. 1231), the following amendments:

1. Part 3 of article 16 after words to "The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tajikistan" to add with words to "The Ombudsman for Children in the Republic of Tajikistan".

2. In Article 27 (1):

- to add the name of Article after words of "The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tajikistan" with the words "and the Ombudsman for Children in the Republic of Tajikistan";

- add with part 4 following of content:

"4. The Ombudsman for Children in the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the child has the rights and opportunities established by this Article.".

3. Item a) to add parts 1 of article 29 after the words "The Representative for the Rights, the Person in the Republic of Tajikistan" with words ", the Ombudsman for Children in the Republic of Tajikistan".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
