Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-175 of April 18, 2001 "About protection of the domestic market" (further – the Law) the word of "amount" shall be replaced with words "amount, or the established law of quantity (amount) of the goods imported to the Republic of Armenia for the purpose of providing similar conditions of managing within which import of goods can be performed if the importer paid payment for permission of import of this goods quantity.".
Article 2. To add part 3 of article 17 of the Law with the new offer of the following content:
"In the case provided by this Law within quota the document certifying payment of the payment for the tariff quota provided by this Law is considered permission to import.".
Article 3. Add the Law with Article 17.1 of the following content:
"Article 17.1 of Plath for the tariff quota and procedure for import of goods within quota
1. The tariff quota is the amount which is one-timely paid to the government budget.
2. The vodka imported on the territory of the Republic of Armenia under the product code TNVED 2208 is subject to tariff quoting.
3. Before import of goods 30 million dram for import to two hundred fifty thousand liters (inclusive) of vodka under the product code TNVED 2208 are paid for the import permit.
4. Accounting of import volume of goods within the tariff quota performs authorized body.
5. In case of excess of the tariff quota by import of goods, import of goods in the exceeding quantity is allowed in case of performing payment for new quota of import.
6. In case of import of goods in quantity there is less quota or not import as a result of the termination or non-realization of import of the goods which are subject to quoting, payment for permission or its part are not subject to return.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
