3. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for optimization of control in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products in the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 18, 2011 No. 396;

- Item 5 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State Tax Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 16, 2012 No. 100.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
