For the purpose of optimization of activities of the State Tax Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State Tax Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 16, 2012 No. 100 the following change:
- to state the scheme of management of the State Tax Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of finance and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
