According to requirements Articles 7,of 15, 25, of 42, of 44, of 45, of 56, 71 and 73 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for use of the separate instrument of regulation by the National Bank of Ukraine of liquidity (refinancing) of bank system - transaction on purchase and sale of foreign currency on conditions the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides "swap":

1. Approve Regulations on carrying out transactions by the National Bank of Ukraine on purchase and sale of foreign currency on conditions "swap" (further - the Provision) which are applied.

2. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) to bring content of the Provision to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.), Legal department (Overseas A.V.) finish supplementary agreements to general agreements about implementation of transactions in the interbank foreign exchange market of Ukraine with partners of the National Bank of Ukraine for implementation of transactions on purchase and sale of foreign currency on conditions "swap" according to requirements of the Provision.
