Item c) parts (3) article 28 of the Law on Audit Chamber No. 261-XVI of December 5, 2008 (2008, 864), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 237-240, in the following edition:
"c) the state and municipal companies, economic societies which authorized capital completely belongs to the state or administrative and territorial unit, and also economic societies in which the state, administrative and territorial units, the state and municipal companies own separately or jointly at least one third part of the authorized capital;".
