Regarding the 2nd article 119 of the Procedure Code about administrative offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 5O2; 2014, No. 3, Art. 145, No. 7, h 1, Art. 391, No. 11, Art. 644; 2015, No. 3, Art. 202, No. 7-9, Art. 709, Art. 710, Art. 711; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 23, 2015, No. 1235) the words "head of department" shall be replaced with words "the director of the Agency".
