About modification of the Regulations on planning and procedure for conducting inspection checks

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to articles 67, of 71 Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on planning and procedure for conducting inspection checks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 17, 2001 No. 276, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2001 at No. 703/5894 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 13, 2011 No. 366) (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Chapter 1:

to add Item 1.2 after the paragraph of the seventh with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The curator of check - the official of National Bank determined in the certificate on the right of conducting inspection check / order of inspection check which performs the common directorship of verification process coordinates solutions of the questions which arose during check with the operating units of National Bank responsible for their regulation, and signs the report on inspection";

the paragraph one of Item 1.6 to exclude;

add Item 1.10 with words ", the curator of check (position, surname, name, middle name)";

the second offer of paragraph one of Item 1.16 to add with words ", the curator of check (position, surname, name, middle name)";

2) in Chapter 3:
