About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2011 No. 1049

1. To add Item 2 of the resolution with the paragraph of the following content:
"Announce competitions by determination of programs (projects, actions) developed by institutes of civil society for which accomplishment (realization) in 2016 support at the expense of budgetary funds, without the terms determined by items 4 and 22 Procedures is provided. At the same time the term of adoption of competitive offers shall not be less than 20 days from the date of the announcement of carrying out tender.".
2. The procedure for carrying out tender by determination of programs (projects, actions) developed by institutes of civil society for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support is provided approved by the specified resolution to state in the following edition:
"No. 1049 is approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2011 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 16, 2016 No. 194)
